The hotel had nice rooms, but the bathroom was disappointing. The location is central and perfect for exploring. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The dining experience varied, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cleaned daily, and the AC worked well most days except for a couple of hiccups. I highly recommend upgrading to the adult club for access to the private lounge and roof sun terrace with self-pour drinks, although our room maid missed adding the dressing gowns and slippers. The location was central and perfect for wandering around, with plenty of dining options nearby. Despite some minor issues, I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

The offered activities like shooting and archery were fun, and the Receptionist was friendly. However, there was a lack of responsibility when they blamed booking for mistakes. Not suitable for leaving kids unattended.

The lovely sitting area and the central location made it perfect for exploring Costa Adeje. It was lively around the restaurant and outside eating area, within walking distance to many attractions.

The hotel would be fantastic if it had a major detailed cleaning in the rooms. Changing rooms to find a flat roof onto the balcony was an improvement, but waiting 4 days to hire an Iron and Ironing board was inconvenient. The new towels were the only indication that someone had come in.
